Conference Registration Rates
Member: $385
Non-member: $480 (includes a one-year SWPONL membership)
Group 3-6: Save $15 per attendee. Contact Amy at office@swponl.org for member/non-member group discount registrations.
Group 7+: Save $25 per attendee. Contact Amy at office@swponl.org for member/non-member group discount registrations.
Student/Retired: $250
Non-member Student/Retired: $300 (includes a one-year SWPONL membership)

NOTE: The non-member fee is extended to nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders employed in a healthcare discipline. Sponsors cannot attend as non-members; please contact the SWPONL office for more information about our Sponsorship Opportunities.

Registration Cancellations: If you are not able to attend SWPONL 2026, please send your written notification to office@swponl.org. An administrative fee of $150 will be assessed for cancellations received by Friday, July 31, 2026. No refunds will be made for requests after July 31, 2026.
