SWPONL invites you to submit an abstract for a poster at the 2026 conference.  Please read through the guidelines linked below for detailed application requirements, helpful hints, and the timeline. 

Abstracts will represent innovative ideas within the following categories:

• Nursing Leadership
• Quality and Safety
• Education and Innovation

The top three abstracts in each category will be recognized with a certificate and announcement at the conference.

Requirements, if selected:

• At least one author will register in full to attend the conference. All authors and any co-authors associated with the poster who attend the SWPONL Annual Conference are responsible for registration fees and all other expenses incurred.

A one-hour Poster Session will be part of the conference program, and all accepted posters will be provided to attendees on the Conference Hub. Tabletop posters will be provided by SWPONL for the Poster Session. 

Deadlines:

• Abstract submissions due: Monday, April 27, 2026
• Notification of accepted abstracts: Friday, May 22, 2026
• Final poster for all accepted submissions must be sent in PowerPoint by: Monday, July 20, 2026
