Southwestern Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (SWPONL) is a charitable non-profit organization that promotes excellence in the practice of nursing leadership in Southwestern Pennsylvania.  We are open to Registered Nurses (RNs), RN leaders or aspiring nurse leaders, or those in clinical leadership who hold or aspire to hold an organizational role in administration, operations, education, or leadership.
