SWPONL Evolving Nurse Leader (ENL) Program
The SWPONL Evolving Nurse Leader (ENL) Program is a year-long developmental experience designed for nurses at any stage of their leadership journey. Whether new to leadership or a seasoned professional seeking broader exposure, the ENL Program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a regional professional nursing leadership organization. Participants are immersed in the structure, governance, and operations of SWPONL while expanding their professional network and leadership capability.
What Is the ENL Program?
