    "Elevating the Voice of Nursing:
    What Frontline Nurses and Nurse
Leaders Are Telling Us About the
    Future of the Workforce"

Nurses and nurse leaders have navigated extraordinary change over the past several years, yet their perspectives remain critical to shaping the future of healthcare. Drawing on National nursing workforce research, including studies on nurse managers, workforce sentiment, intent to leave, and emerging views on AI, this session will explore what nurses are telling us about the challenges they face, the support they need, the opportunities ahead, and the role that nursing leaders play.

This discussion will highlight key insights from thousands of nurses across the country and examine the pivotal role nurse leaders play in building resilient teams, improving retention, and advancing patient care. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of current workforce trends, practical implications for leadership, and renewed optimism that the voices of nurses are being heard and elevated.
